We hired Paul to do a pre-dry wall and final walkthrough of our new build home and were very impressed overall with his level of detail and professionalism. Paul’s report was very clear and easy to understand. Thank you for being so responsive and willing to go above and beyond. We made sure all items that Paul found were addressed before construction was continued which would have been costly in the long run if we had not hired Paul to inspect our home. Thank you for being prompt in getting us scheduled, for being incredibly detailed, and making sure we were fully aware of the risks of not addressing certain items. Would absolutely recommend Paul!

Being from out of state, when we went to purchase a home in Eloy, the last thing we, or anyone wants, is to buy a money pit.

Our friend said "I gotta guy. His name is Paul and he's been doing home inspections for years, he knows every nuance of Arizona homes, is thorough, is a veteran, AND is trustworthy."

It's the last word that sold us.

And he WAS all of that. He spent over 4 hours looking at every nook and cranny, then produced a very detailed report.

The pictures in the report showed us and the sellers exactly what was wrong. Most were cosmetic and minor repairs, but he found a potentially deal breaking systemic issue with the plumbing systems.

So rather than finding out about the issue AFTER we bought the house and moved in, we were able to investigate further and negotiate allowances with the seller.

That would have been $20k out of our own pocket had it not been for Paul. That's a pretty good return on investment for the inspection fee.

You have to be born stupid not to get a comprehensive inspection before you buy a home. So if you do, hire Paul, he's the best of the best in Pinal County. You can count on him.

I recently had a home inspection with On Site Home Inspections LLC. This was definitely a 5 star experience. As you can see from the previous testimonials, Paul still executes a professional, accurate and complete inspection. Even the report you will receive is comprehensive and easy to understand not to mention invaluable. This was a great experience and Paul has my highest recommendation. Look no further.

I hired Paul because he was highly recommended to me by another local inspector who recently retired. Paul was incredibly thorough and detail oriented and provided me with an easy to understand/follow report shortly after completing the inspection. If you are looking for an inspector in Tucson, Paul is your man!!!

Paul did an excellent job. He is very knowledgeable and his report reflected that. He was very thorough included photos of any issues or potential issues, the fixes for the issues. He was always on time and even made two extra trips out to the house! I also appreciated how he had everything sent electronically to me as I misplace papers pretty easily. Thank you Paul for making the home inspection an easy experience.
